The Measurement of Creativity.

I've realized that my current level of exercise just isn't cutting it. Once upon a time, I'd be up at the crack of dawn for a run, but now, it's more about work. But I know that focusing on food and fitness leads to feeling better overall.

Still, the pull of creativity often wins out, leaving healthy habits in the dust. The result? A few extra pounds and a nagging guilt that I’m not caring properly for the spaceship. As human beings, we are vessels navigating the vast expanse of this world, each of us carrying within us the essence of existence itself. Simply put, our bodies are moving through time and space, and that’s a big deal, even if we do it passively. It seems like some basic care and maintenance is in order.

I know I'm not alone in this struggle. It's a cycle many of us go through: we commit to health, only to let it slide when creativity takes over. It's frustrating, to say the least. So, I've made a decision: I'm heading back to the gym. I want to find a way to prioritize both my physical health and my creative passion. I'm ready to build new habits, try new tactics, and strike a balance that works for me.

And as I embark on this journey, I hope to connect with others who are facing the same challenges. Together, let's explore how we can nurture our creativity while still taking care of ourselves.
